That’s why we run our own warehouse. Keeping storage, kitting and fulfillment in-house gives us full control of everything between production and the moment someone opens the box.

Received and counted

Product arrives, gets checked against the order and goes into the system with its own item ID. If something is short or wrong, you hear it from us before you hear it from anyone else.
