How do we get started doing our merch and swag with you?
A short conversation. We’ll ask what you’re trying to accomplish, how many people and locations are involved, and when you need it. Then we come back with options and costs. There’s no charge for that part.
We already have inventory sitting with another supplier. Then what?
We’ll transfer it. We take the export from their system, re-tag every item into ours, verify counts and put it on our shelves. We’ve done it a number of times and it’s less painful than people expect.
Do you have minimums?
It depends on the product and the decoration. Some things run at a dozen, some need five hundred to make sense. If custom manufacturing is on the table we’ll tell you the volume that justifies it before you commit to anything.
Can you handle multiple locations and cost centers?
Yes, and it’s most of what we do. Orders can ship to hundreds of addresses, get coded to the right cost center, and arrive on one consolidated invoice or multiple as you direct.
What does proofing look like?
You’ll receive a proof in your email before your order goes into production. On larger orders, when the timeline allows, we’ll produce a physical pre-production sample so you can hold it before we make thousands.
