Are you a distributor or an agency?
Both, depending on what you need. Some clients hand us a merchandise specification and we source it. Others bring us a problem and we design the product, find the manufacturer and build it. We love to be brought in early so we can help you maximize efficiency and creativity while controlling cost at every step.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
One Account Strategist and one salesperson, with a backup who knows your account. Not a call center, and not a different person each time.
Do you manufacture your own product?
No, and it’s deliberate. It means we can send your job to whichever plant does it best instead of the one we happen to own. On large orders we often go direct to a manufacturer and have things built from scratch. We own the relationships and control the supply chain so you don’t have to.
Do you work with smaller companies? Is my company too small for you to work with?
