This turnkey solution automates the rewards process from beginning to end, sending reminders to leaders, congratulatory notifications to recipients, and allowing employees to make their reward selections. What could otherwise be a complicated, time-consuming process has become seamless and efficient, allowing us to focus on what matters most: recognizing and rewarding the incredible people who make Swift successful.
Sidebar has also partnered with us to develop two distinct online storefronts: our Company Store, where employees can shop for Swift-branded merchandise, and our B2B corporate ordering site, which allows leaders to purchase the items they need to support their operational needs. These platforms serve very different purposes, yet both play an important role in supporting our employees, strengthening our brand, and keeping our operations moving forward.
